It connects to the camera with 2 high quality quick release clips.

Adjusts from 102cm (40.1") to 125cm (49.2") 

The Italian Minerva leather used for this strap is strong and supple, the shoulder pad will mould to the shape of your neck with extended use.
It also doubles up as a bag strap!
